Privacy & data use
What we collect
When you submit a design we store your name, email, organization or collaborator name, project, intended use, any context you add, the design file you upload, and the time you accepted the submission acknowledgment.
How it is used
Your information is used only to review your design against Gritz N Wafflez brand standards, to contact you about that review, and to send you your private review links. When automated review is enabled, your uploaded design will be analyzed by an AI model to compare it with official brand references.
Who can see it
Submissions are visible only to Gritz N Wafflez portal administrators and to anyone who has your private review link. Keep that link private.
Retention and requests
Private review links stop working 90 days after a ticket is opened. Submissions are kept until an administrator deletes them. To ask for your submission to be removed, contact your Gritz N Wafflez contact.
